This 1964 AMC Ambassador SST is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives.
Vehicle Details
We're selling an all original 1964 AMC Ambassador 990 with what appears to be the original 327 v8. It runs and drives smooth and quiet. Almost no rust at all, aside from the surface rust on the roof. All the lights, turn signals, and guages seem to work. The seats and dash are a little torn up, but that's to be expected from an original car from the 60s. It has a classic 60s ac unit as well, I don't think it works at the moment, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did with some new freon. This is a very rare car in amazing original condition. Exterior
Very nice patina, no rust holes aside from a very small spot about the size of a quarter on the rear passenger fender
Interior
The seats are not great and could use reupholstering.
Engine
The engine runs great, starts right up and doesn't seem to use any oil. I believe it's the original engine. It has no bad noises. The transmission also works as it should and shifts great.
Deposits are nonrefundable.
