CUTAWAY FROCK COAT, KUPPENHEIMER LABEL, 1928 DATE

Description

This cutaway coat is black, with a subtle stripe to the weave. There is a label from Kuppenheimer, and a date of May 31th, 1928, along with the name of the customer.
It's lined with black silk satin, the sleeves with white satin.
It measures 42 1/2" around at the chest, not including the "gap", which is about 1 1/2".
It's 18 1/4" between the shoulder seams in back, the sleeve is 26 3/8", from the top of the shoulder, going along the curve of the elbow, to the end of the wrist.
In good condition overall. There is some roughness along one of the lapel folds in front, which I have shown in two photos. Most of it is inside the fold, a small section shows to the outside when the coat is worn. There are two small holes to the right sleeve, also shown.
The silk linings are in good condition.
