Comes with a Fluke Y5701 Interface Cable for use with a Fluke 5700A or 5720A Calibrator.
Unit is shown driven by a Fluke 5700A Calibrator (NOT INCLUDED)

Testing
I used my Fluke 5700A Calibrator and 8846A Multimeter.
Shown out puts:
220V @ 10 Hz
220V @ 1.1 kHz
220V @ 100 kHz
1000V @ 10 Hz
1000V @ 1.1 kHz
800V @ 100 kHz (testing to 1000V would have damaged my 8846A)
