Return Policy: We offer a money back guarantee on all items. Item must be returned within 30 days of your receipt in the same condition it was received - Tags attached, sealed packaging, in original packaging, as applicable. Used items can NOT be returned.
We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
Stating an item is damaged or defective when it indeed is not is misuse of eBay's buyer protection policy and will be reported. Fees for returned shipping will be charged to the buyer
If an item arrives damaged in shipment we will required that photos of 1) the box AND packaging, 2) the shipping label and 3) the damage to the item itself and a description of the damage will be necessary.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee for returned items due to wrong address.
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
