Men's vintage OLD WEST Mexican Tuxedo jacket sport coat w/faux lizard size "S"

Might be hard to tell from the pics but I would consider this one of the most unique vintage clothing items I have listed in ages! Made in Mexico by "Old West" and labeled as a size small (I would estimate it to be approximately a size 40) with the exact measurements below. I think it would fall more under the Tuxedo category than the Sport Jacket and the women I purchased it from said her first husband wore it at their wedding. The design is meant to simulate either snake or lizard and the color of the jacket is dark jet black. Condition is pre-owned and has a few flaws as one of the pockets the faux snake/lizard has lightened a little and misc pulled strings that I did not cut off.
Measurements:
43" Chest - (underarm seam to underarm seam laying flat, face down x2)
18 1/2" Shoulders - (shoulder seam to shoulder seam laying flat, face down)
30 1/2" Length - (collar seam to end of shirt, straight down the middle of back)
24 1/2" Sleeve - (Shoulder seam to end of sleeve cuff)
40" Waist - (measured at the mid section at the thinnest part)
