    This is a New in Package Carter's Starters Crib Sheet that is 100% cotton.  It has little red, blue, yellow & green cars with beep beep on some on a white background.  NOTE: There is a small square hole cut in the plastic only on the front right as you can see in the last photo.  If you have any questions, please contact me before purchasing the item.
