Ortho Tree and Shrub Insect Control Granule, 3.5 LBS
Emerald Ash Borer Killer
is a broad-spectrum systemic insecticide that kills listed insects infesting ornamental plants, trees and shrubs growing in the landscape or in containers.
Water directly after application so product is absorbed into plant roots. Insects that chew or suck in or on trees and shrubs will ingest the insecticide and die.
PESTS CONTROLLED
: adelgids, aphids, borers including emerald ash borer, fungus gnats, lacebugs, leafhoppers, leaf beetles (excluding Asian longhorned beetles), leafminers, mealybugs, psyllids, root weevils, scales, thrips, whiteflies and white grubs.
WHERE TO USE
: Outdoors on newly planted or established ornamental plants, trees and shrubs planted in the landscape or in containers.
For Emerald Ash Borer, apply when EAB has been found within 15 miles of ash trees you want to treat.
WHEN TO USE:
When insects begin to appear. When trees are actively growing with sufficient water. For Emerald Ash Borer apply in early for best results.
