Vintage 1960's Men's Blue Plaid Lightweight Summer Weight Suit Jacket Retro

This listing is for a vintage 1960's men's blue plaid suit jacket.
The jacket is made from a lightweight blue plaid fabric, the content of which we are unsure of. It has three marbled blue-black synthetic buttons on the front and is supposed to have two per cuff. It has the typical 60's cut with the narrow lapels and pocket flaps, high gorge and three-button front. The jacket is partially lined in blue synthetic fabric and the shoulders are lightly padded.
The jacket is in used condition and aside from several light spots on the back, sleeve and lower front (see photos), which appear to be some sort of oil or grease, one of the cuff buttons is missing and there are a couple of small holes in the lining front, though the latter does not appear to go through to the outside. We are unsure if the spots will come out due to cleaning, however, they did lighten up with a simple steaming so it is likely they can be completely laundered out.
Brand, seller, serial number, and 1960's Union labels are all present. No size, fabric content or laundering labels are present.
No size appears to be marked, our measurements are as follow:
Across chest, pit to pit, buttoned, laid flat: 21"
Across waist, buttoned, laid flat: 19.5"
Sleeves, shoulder seam to end of cuff hem: 24.5"
Shoulders, seam to seam, across back: 17"
Overall length, bottom of collar seam to bottom hem, in back: 29"
