This listing is for a vintage 1970's men's grey wool suit jacket.
This suit is made from a heavy grey wool. The jacket has a fashionable 70's cut with wide lapels and pocket flaps, two-button front and a low gorge. The front of the jacket has two dark grey marbled synthetic buttons, as well as three per cuff. It is fully lined in a blue-grey synthetic fabric and the shoulders are not padded.
The jacket is in used condition. Though it does not have any rips, holes, tears, missing or damaged buttons, it does have some discoloration along the shoulders, as well as one one sleeve (see photos), of which we are unsure if these will launder out or if they are permanent. Low price of the jacket reflects this uncertainty, thought it is otherwise a very nice jacket!
Jacket bears brand, seller, seller location, size, laundering, and a 1970's Union label.
Jacket is marked as a US men's 42R. Our measurements are as follow:
Across chest, pit to pit, buttoned, laid flat: 22"
Across waist, buttoned, laid flat: 20"
Sleeves, shoulder seam to end of cuff hem: 25"
Shoulders, seam to seam, across back: 18"
Overall length, bottom of collar seam to bottom hem, in back: 31"
