Vintage 60's / 70's Kilgour French & Stanbury of Savile Row London.
Sold at Barney's International Shop. Made in Canada.
Scottish tweed is mainly shades of muted blue with a deep yellow ocher line running through it.
No size label that I can find. Here are the measurements of the garment itself (please note 40L used in this listing is an estimate only):
