Vtg. 1940's Wide Lapel Al Capone Era Blue Double Breasted Jacket

Great vintage 1940's wide lapel Al Capone Zoot suit jacket. Double breasted, flap pockets( along with inner watch pocket), no back vent, and angled upper front pocket. Fabulous wool fabric - engaging blue jean blue with a separated cream check chalk stripe design. Boxy shoulder pads ! Found in the inner pocket is a receipt from the KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS dated 1943 which show his payment of .48 in dues. Measurements - 21" across the chest laying flat
29 1/2" long
19" across padded boxy shoulders
25" long sleeves
Now, a few issues -
a moth bite near the left sleeve cuff button as shown ( could possibly move cuff buttons ? )
and a few small light spots ( too light to photograph, but they are there ( this jacket has not been cleaned)
some inner arm lining wear
