VTG 1980s Men's 3-Piece Tweed Suit. Canadian Piece. Slim 38 Short

Description

Vintage 3-piece tweed suit probably made around 1980. This piece has a gray nailhead tweed shell with flat-front pants and a waistcoat. It has a 2-button closure, but the lapel rolls to the first button.
Lying flat, the jacket measures approximately 19.5" across the chest, 16.75" across the shoulders, 23.5" from each shoulder to each cuff (with 1.5" of fabric to add) and 28" from the bottom of the back collar to the hem.
Lying flat, the pants measure approximately 15" across the waist, 38" down the outseam, 28" down the inseam, and the leg opening is 9.25" wiht 1.75" easily to add to the length.
The waistcoat is approximately 17.5" from armpit to armpit and 23.5" from collar to tail.
