1970s cotton blend 3-piece men's suit (36 regular slim fit)
For your consideration a very nice mid 1970s  36 Reg. 3 piece suit by Anderson Little.  The suit shows well and is in very nice condition. The jacket is cut in a fitted British style that is smaller at the waist and the shoulders are moderately padded.  It has angled pockets and a faux ticket pocket. The rear has deep double vents.  The pants are flat front  with moderate 9.75" bells.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition suit.   One very tiny pin hole on right side of pants leg - almost invisible.   One very small stain on the right sleeve near the button -see pictures. Otherwise, looks like it had very little use!  Very Clean and smoke free.

Material: No markings, but looks like a cotton or linen polyester blend
Marked: no markings, but measures to a 36 chest, the sleeves are on the shorter end of a regular cut, so please check measurements.   Slim fit
Pants are 32 W  x 29 L (2.25" hem)

Sleeve (from shoulder edge seam to cuff): 24.5"             with a hem of 2"  (regular length is 24.5- 25.5")
Shoulder (back seam to seam): 16.5"
Length (from bottom of back collar to hem): 30"       (regular length is 30 -32")
Vest:
Chest: 18.75"
Waist: 17.5"
Total length: 25"
Pants:
Waist: 16"     double is 32"         with about 2.25" to let out.
Inseam length:  29"  with a hem of  2.25"
Rise: 11.25"
Thigh: 10.5"

Perfect; like brand new
Excellent:
Looks nearly perfect; no visible flaws; almost new condition
Very Good:
Only a few minor flaws which are not visible or have no effect on the look of the garment
Good:
Multiple minor flaws, but may not be very noticeable, the garment is still wearable, but may need minor repair
A few words on sizing:
Since many suits aren't marked, I go by measurements to determine size.  Also be aware that sometimes a suit is marked, but it doesn't match the measurements.
